用于解决客户购买了source insight后，无法连接外网进行激活。

2、 问题场景

因为source insight正常的激活流程中是需要链接外网进行激活软件的，但是，存在部分的客户因为公司内部网络的要求，无法连接外网去激活软件。

3、软硬件环境

1）、软件版本：Source Insight 4.0

2）、电脑环境：Windows 11

3）、外设硬件：无

4、解决方法

1）、如果需要获取离线的license文件进行软件激活，需要通过联系原厂进行发放。通过提供客户的用户名、公司名、序列号、邮箱去获取license文件。邮件内容参考如下：

Our company purchased Source Insight. But my computer can't connect to the Internet. So I need to get the offline license file to activate the software.

Here's the relevant information:
User Name:
Company Name:
Email Address:
Serial number:

Please help me generate offline license file for activation, thank you!

2）、获取到license文件后，只需要在激活的时候选择到对应的license文件进行激活即可。（如图4-2）

3）、这样需要特别说明的是，如果客户的序列号是合并后序列号的话，如果需要获取离线license文件也是按照上面的内容找到原厂进行获取。因为离线的license文件是不需要绑定任何设备信息的，所以，对于合并的序列号原厂会生成一个离线license文件，供全部使用端去激活。
